Program evaluation involves carrying out in-depth
analysis of a project,
intervention or program. The
approach takes interest in the relevance
of the program, the quality of the
design of the process, and the mesure of
the result. The process is also a
valuable tool for management by it's
results.
In order to
create a global understanding of the
program and its environnement, we
proceed by creating a model.
This model has allowed a visual
presentation of the variables
necessary to grasp complex situation
and dimension of the evaluation. Our
technique involves three steps that
are necessary for an evaluation.
Certain steps get more emphasis
depending on the need of the
organisation.
-
The first
step is to define the context at
the source of the intervention.
It allows to establish the
fundemental objectives of the
program and the problematic
motivating the intervention.
-
The second
phase requires the in depth
analysis of process of the
program. It renders possible a
judgment on the value of the
process and on venues to make it
more suited to the needs.
-
The third
phase requires the mesure of the
program effeciency
and costs versus benefit. This
step renders possible a judgment
on the global value of the
program.
EvaluationConseil.com accompanies managers throughout the evaluation process in order to:
- Devise an evaluation framework with various different actors;
- Determine key result indicators;
